Also joining Headwall in 2022, perClass BV created and continues to develop the industry-leading perClass Mira® spectral analysis software package, enabling intuitive spectral imaging analysis for advanced machine vision applications in research, industrial, and commercial deployments.
inno-spec Gmbh
The newest member of the Headwall Group is inno-spec GmbH of Nuremberg, Germany. They are a prominent manufacturer of industrial hyperspectral imaging systems used in high-volume recycling, industrial sorting, and quality testing. inno-spec is renowned for its innovative hyperspectral imaging solutions in multiple industrial settings, and has been a key player in advancing machine vision technology.

With the portfolio of Arsenal Capital Partners, the Headwall Group collaborates and develops new technology and products benefiting customers of all three companies. For example, Headwall and perClass created the first comprehensive hyperspectral scanning kit with Headwall imaging sensors and the perClass Mira Scanning Stage with optimized illumination and acquisition and analysis software.
