Our Headwall Group team from inno-spec, EVK, and perClass met with customers and attendees who were interesting in using the power of hyperspectral imaging, as well as the inductive-imaging technology of EVK to make seafood safer as well as more accurately sort and grade so that processors can recognize the true value of their products.
