We welcome Michelle deCastro, Business Development Manager, Optical Components and Assemblies to Headwall and Holographix!
Michelle has over 15 years of experience in OEM Sales and business development of specialty glass and optics related to aerospace, biotech, defense, display, lasers, life sciences, healthcare, photonics, semiconductors, and sensors in a global sales and production environment. She has previously worked at IRD Glass, Ocean Optics, and SCHOTT North America.
Michelle was recently joined by Jesse Van Ven Roy, Director of Business Development of Holographix in the USA Pavilion at Laser World of Photonics 2023 June 27-30 in Munich with a display showing our custom optical solutions portfolio and capabilities. Holographix produces state-of-the-art structured surfaces and optical devices that are used in a wide array of industries including life sciences, semiconductor, aerospace, display, telecommunication, and precision measurement. Headwall’s experience with OEM master-quality gratings, spectrographs, and spectrometers combined with Holographix’s proprietary replication technology enables high-performance, yet lower-cost, solutions for OEM customers.
