Thanks for visiting us at the Seafood Processing Global Expo in Barcelona!

Seafood Processing Global was held April 23-25, 2024, at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via Venue in Barcelona, Spain. We demonstrated how hyperspectral imaging can non-invasively detect unwanted contaminants--including histamine in seafood – offline or online in real time! We look forward to seeing you next year!

Don’t miss this video update to our histamine detection app note! George Killian, Headwall Application Scientist, gives a short update to our earlier study on non-contact detection and estimation of histamine concentration on fish (in this case tuna steaks) using chemical testing to provide ground truth for our real-time hyperspectral imaging technique suitable for industrial-scale deployment.
