The Headwall Giving Tree

Every year, Headwall works with Making Opportunity Count (MOC), which runs a family transitional shelter in Devens, MA, to provide new coats, hats, and gloves (or mittens) for the kids that stay there.

We had 34 kids to buy for this year! A tree was placed in the Bolton office cafeteria with tags listing the kids’ names, ages, housing unit number, and their sizes.

Participants took a tag (or tags) and purchased the items needed for that child. The coats, hats, and gloves were wrapped and brought to the office. They will be distributed to the children by MOC.
