OSA Talk: Hyperspectral Imaging for Quality and Authenticity Analysis

Hyperspectral imaging enhances industrial process monitoring and is becoming a valuable technique for rapid qualitative and quantitative assessment of food quality and authenticity. This presentation reviews select case studies and discusses embedded technology trends.
