In this presentation, we will discuss how Hyperspectral Imaging (HSI) can be used to quickly inspect products like fruit, herbs, fish, and other items, and what information can be derived from this inspection. We will also look at the benefits of early on-line and at-line product inspection vs. end-of-line quality control tests.
